Visa & MasterCard accepted.

Credit Application:  Must accompany first orders for new accounts.  Credit approval or prepayment may be required.

Preparation & Art Charges:  Billed at cost.  Quotations of costs are estimates only.

Freight Costs:  FOB Mill.

Terms:  Net 30. Past Dues: 1.5% additional, per month.  If account goes to collection, buyer is responsible for all costs including attorney’s fees.

Custom and Printed Orders: Subject to 15-25% overrun or underrun.  A deposit may be required on custom orders.

Prices:  Subject to change.

Returns:  Subject to restocking fees.  No returns on special orders.  Returns subject to acceptance by Baer Packaging.

Changes & Cancellations:  Notification must be received by mail or fax and is subject to acceptance by Baer Packaging.  Cancellations are subject to in-process costs incurred and will be billed.

Claims:   Notification of damage must be made within 7 days in writing to Baer Packaging.  Claims must be settled within 30 days of invoice date.  Claims must be filed with carrier.
